Tracked mobile jaw crusher is a self-propelled integrated crushing equipment taking jaw crusher as main host. Different from wheeled portable crushing plants relying on external traction, it adopts hydraulic crawler traveling chassis. The whole machine integrates feeding, crushing, conveying, power, hydraulic drive and intelligent control modules. It can independently walk, turn and shift positions on complex terrain such as mines, mountain slopes and muddy sites. - Hydraulic independent drive: Two crawler sides are equipped with separate hydraulic motors, realizing in-situ steering, differential steering, forward, backward and low-speed climbing.
- Strong terrain adaptability: Wide steel track shoes increase ground contact area, lower ground specific pressure. It can pass muddy roads, uneven mountain terrain and temporary unhardened mining sites without pavement.

Most equipped with single-toggle heavy-duty jaw crusher (PEV European jaw or classic PE coarse jaw) as standard configuration.
- Reinforced vibration-damping connection: Elastic rubber buffer pads are installed between jaw crusher base and main chassis frame. Isolate crushing vibration from being directly transmitted to crawler frame and walking system, protect hydraulic components.
- Compact optimized host layout: Adjust frame angle to match feeding height of front feeder, reduce material falling height and lower stone splashing risk.
- Reserved sufficient maintenance space: Side maintenance platform, convenient for replacement of jaw plate, toggle plate, bearing bush and other wearing parts.
- Standard overload protection structure: Toggle plate safety protection, matched with on-board hydraulic system, some models support hydraulic automatic cavity clearing after metal block jamming.
4. Vibrating Feeder Pre-screening Integrated Structure
Installed at the feeding inlet of jaw crusher.
- Combined grizzly bar screening structure: Realize pre-screening. Soil, fine sundries bypass the jaw crusher and fall directly onto the lower conveyor, improve overall output and reduce cavity blockage probability.
- Buffer silo design at feeding end: Reduce impact force when excavator loads materials.
- Feeder is fixed on the front of main frame with vibration isolation supports to avoid resonance with the whole machine.
5. On-board Belt Conveyor Structural Characteristics
- Foldable hydraulic lifting structure: The discharging conveyor can be lifted and folded by hydraulic cylinder during long-distance transportation, reduce overall height, meet container and flatbed transport limit requirements.
- Adjustable discharge height: Convenient for stacking materials or docking with the next mobile crushing screening unit.
- Equipped with belt deviation correction device, anti-skid roller, material baffle and skirt rubber to prevent material scattering.
